My health care contacts
If your registered address is in an affiliated county, you can set up a user account that makes it possible for you to contact your medical centre concerning various issues and enter notes in a calendar about scheduled doctor's appointments, vaccinations and more.
Many medical centres are affiliated with the service. Click "Anslutna landsting" (Affiliated countys/medical centres) on the menu to the left to see if yours is included.
Login options
You can choose between two ways to log in, with an e-ID or your personal Identity number and a password with a temporary code. If you use e-ID, you will be able to log in as soon as you have set up a user account. If you prefer to use your personal ID number and a password, a password will be sent to you by letter at your registered address.. You will then be able to log in with your personal ID number and the password with a temporary code sent to your registered mobile phone number.
If your mail is being forwarded, you will not be able to get the password letter at the new address, because we apply restricted forwarding. If you do not live at your registered address, we recommend that you get an e-ID and use it to set up an account.
Setting up an account
- Click the “Set up account” (Skaffa konto) link in the login box to the right. Choose if you want to register an account with password and temporary code. Enter your personal ID number and your mobile phone number. Read and check the box for terms and conditions. Press send and a password will be sent by post.
If you choose to use an e-ID, you will be able to log in as soon as you have clicked "Set up account". - Select "Log in" from the login box at the right. A new page will open. If you want to log in with your e-ID, select the issuer of your ID and follow the instructions. If you choose to log in with a password and a temporary code, click on the tab for Temporary code (Engångskod). Enter your password and click Next (Nästa). A temporary code will be sent to your mobile phone and you will have five minutes to fill it in the box for Temporary code.
When logged in, you will see a view of your errands (Mina ärenden). To make an appointment, refill a prescription or contact your health central in other matters, click on the reception and the errand you need to send. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Fill out the form and press Send (Skicka). You must log in again to read the reply from the medical centre.
You can only ask questions that apply to you personally. Children and other relatives must have their own user accounts. Log in using your child or relative's account and then identify yourself as a family member when you send the issue to the medical centre.
All information transfer is protected (encrypted) and meets public health system standards for security and confidentiality.
Using the service is free, but if your query leads to an appointment or a refilled prescription, your county council's fees and rules will apply.
